Zaracare provides care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves in Yorkshire region and the surrounding areas. We provide our service in Service Users own home, at times convenient to them, and in ways they find most agreeable. We have sound principles for the way we run our service. Central to these is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount.
We understand that having the opportunity to live independently in the familiar surrounds of their own home can have an enormous impact on the confidence and wellbeing of our customers. We provide a person centred care plan, tailor made for each individual.
Our domiciliary support team can provide a range of care and support packages to help customers stay at home for as long as they choose to be there. LIVE -IN CARE Live-in care can be a perfect solution for people who have more complex needs, or as a stop gap to provide that vital extra support after a hospital stay.
